This simple fried squid recipe takes no time to prepare and cook, and is great with a dollop of Red Pesto on the side. The smoked paprika, gives a flavour of its own to the flour coat dusting on the squid, resulting in a crispy finish after frying. I can’t laud up the lowly squid more, it’s comparatively cheap, tender and tastes incredible as a main or side.
