These take no time to prepare and taste so much better than any frozen variety. Sprinkle some paprika on to give a smoky flavour and coat in olive oil, thyme, and garlic salt. The wedges should come out crisp on the outside and have a fluffy inner. Excellent with Fish cakes or any other main course you conjure up.

  • 400 grams Potatoes 0.28)
  • 10 grams Paprika teaspoon 0.17)
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled & minced 0.06)
  • 13 ml olive oil tablespoon 0.07)
  • 5 grams Thyme teaspoon 0.22)
  • 5 grams Salt teaspoon 0.01)

  1. Cut the potatoes each into 6 wedges (do not peel). Add to a saucepan of boiling water and par boil for 5 minutes. Remove, drain and toss into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the potatoes and mix well together, then transfer contents of the bowl to a baking tray - spread evenly.
  3. Cook at 200 degrees for 30 minutes before serving
