This is an excellent accompaniment with Vietnamese food and is a common denominator throughout the country. It’s sweet and sour, salty, spicy and  pungent. It’s full of flavour and excellent poured over rice or used as a dipping sauce.

  • 3 cloves garlic peeled & sliced 0.09)
  • 13 ml Fish sauce Tablespoon 0.11)
  • 1 whole Lemon peeled, de-seeded & chopped 0.30)
  • 13 grams Sugar Tablespoon 0.01)
