Ok, I suppose you can get some of the processed stuff in the supermarket but it does not taste anything like as good if you knock it up yourself. This recipe is so easy, the hardest part is taking the lid off the tin. I have this with raw vegetables but it also works great as an accompaniment with Beef or lamb kebabs when smeared all over your pitta or flat bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 tin Chick peas
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 10 grams Fresh coriander
  • 10 grams Tahini paste 2 teaspoons
  • 13 grams greek yoghurt tablespoon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 13 ml olive oil tablespoon

  1. Just blitz everything together then refrigerate.
