This might look like a pigs ear of a breakfast but I kid you not it will set you up for the day. It’s full of goodness, highly nutritional and provides between 2-3 of your required fruit & veg. I use frozen fruit from Iceland which is convenient but obviously fresh berries do the job. The Energy bars made in advance are always a good match adding texture and bite.

  • 1 whole Energy Bars 0.25)
  • 75 grams Frozen fruit berries 0.23)
  • 13 grams Honey 0.07)

  1. Let the fruit de-frost in a bowl. Peel the banana and slice. Break up the energy bar then mix in the remaining ingredients and away you go.
