This is a great way to finish of the Xmas leftovers or the Sunday roast, as there are only so many beef or pork sandwiches you can take. Everything just gets zapped together with a bit of added spice and coated in breadcrumbs to make a lovely quick and nutritional supper. The dish works nicely with some Cauliflower cheese and is a perfect winter warmer. This dish can be made with fresh mince alternatively but would require a little cooking before.
