Ciabatta with cured meat, cheese and pesto

This simple Meditereanean sandwich with a north european twist, will start your day with a kick and save you money It also tastes incredible – the saltiness of the cheese and meat work perfectly with the acidity of the tomatoes and zest of the pesto. Get a ciabatta roll, and slice and toast it. Smear over some pesto sauce, and then layer with a selection of salami, chorizo and cured hams – If unavailable used smoked crispy bacon. Dress with sun dried tomatoes and sliced mature cheddar cheese and serve.
