This recipe just oozes flavour even though its very simple to cobble together. The Nuoc cham sauce which accompanies the dish, adds pungency to the end product and the combined frying and gentle simmering leaves the pork so tender, it melts in your mouth. The Pak choi, just adds increased texture and colour. Served with white rice the recipe is surprisingly filling and has proved to be a serial winner whenever we’ve had it on the menu for friends & family.
