Cous-cous is so versatile working great with Moorish Tagines to soak up the juices or just left on the side as part of a salad with Roast Chicken. It’s so simple to make then just throw in lots of extras like feta cheese, fresh coriander and a few spices to give it colour and flavour. In fact the recipe works with any number of combinations including dried fruit and seeds. I do profess I am a bit of a cheat as the Ainsley Harriot packets are great and saves searching for a spice combination.
