All the dishes have been prepared, cooked, eaten and photographed (sorry for the quality) in my kitchen. In a nutshell if I can do it, so can you.

Thanks for taking the time to check out what I’ve been cooking.

In my eyes, most things are good in moderation. This site, therefore, is not a calorie buster but more of a back to basics guide if you want. There are hundreds of recipes, including sweet and savoury options. Many British classics are included as well as recipes and flavours from around the world.

The site tries to avoid processed food, concentrating on fresh produce, utilising fresh herbs and exotic spices where possible to enhance flavour, colour – encouraging you to cook and improve your general well being.

Most of the recipes are simple to prepare and cook and the shopping list provides a definitive list of exactly what ingredients you require for your meal plan cutting out any wastage. Just click on the shopping cart icon in the corner of each recipe you want to cook and everything will be calculated for you.
