Korean cuisine is intensely flavoured, savoury and bold. Main ingredients include the tri-partite of garlic, ginger and scallions and pungent pastes which give it a unique South East Asia flavouring. This dish doesn’t use the pickles and fermented products the country is famous for but the use of sesame seeds and green beans gives this dish nuttiness and freshness. This is super quick to put together and like most Korean dishes, it’s served with white rice.
